We price the hunt, not the bird
One rate covers your party, up to four hunters. Whether two of you come or four, the price is the same. Built to enjoy the experience, not count the price.
While our pricing is set for a group of four shooters, groups smaller than four shooters can be accommodated.
The Covey Rise — Half Day
Up to 4 hunters · about 2½ to 3 hours in the field

An authentic southern bird hunt built around tradition and the pursuit of making memories.
- 12–18 covey rises across a morning or afternoon in the field
- Unlimited bag of quail over field trial champion pointing dogs and hard-flushing English cockers
- Fully guided on foot — your guide walks the fields with you, the way most parties prefer it. Ride in the side-by-side whenever you’d rather, and our handlers work the dogs from horseback.
- Dog wagon UTV with driver, seating for four hunters and their guns, outfitted with refreshments and snacks
- Home-cooked Southern-style lunch served at the lodge
- Birds cleaned, packaged and iced for the road — no charge
- Guest dogs welcome — run yours solo or in rotation with ours
Morning hunts run 8:30 to 11:30 followed by lunch; afternoon hunts begin with lunch and hit the field around 1:00.
The Covey Rise — Full Day

Everything in the half day, twice. A morning session, a sit-down lunch at the lodge, then back to the field for the afternoon.

The Champions Hunt

- Afternoon hunt, overnight at the Farm House Lodge, morning hunt

Booked à la carte this comes to $6,660. The package saves you $260.
Build Your Own
Pheasants, extra sessions, lodge nights, meals, non-hunting guests, a fifth or sixth gun — add what you want to make the experience the best it can be for you.
Bringing more than four? A fifth or sixth gun is $500 per half-day session — less per gun than the party rate, and far less than booking a second hunt. Just ask when you call.

Non-hunting guests are welcome at no additional charge — you pay only for their lodging and meals. Additional hunts, extra nights, larger parties, pheasant or mixed bird hunts, and photography are all available by arrangement. Just ask.
Booking terms
- A 50% deposit reserves your dates; the balance is due before your hunt or at check-in
- Kentucky sales tax of 6% applies
- Guide gratuity of 15–20% is customary and always appreciated
- One group on the fields at a time: your guide, your dogs, your coveys
